When does Daily Record Fantasy Football begin and end?
Entry opens on Saturday July 21st 2007. Scoring starts from the first matchday of the SPL season (August 4th), and continues through the season until the last SPL game. To ensure your team starts scoring from the start of the Overall League you must register by 12.15pm on Saturday August 4th 2007.

How do I log on?
You need to register your details first and select a password and manager name. Then you will be able to use your email address to log on and select your team.

How do I see if I am a winner?
Log on to your team and click on the "Overall League Position" link - if your team appears at the top of the leaderboard then congratulations! Winners will appear in the Hall of Fame.

REGISTRATION

How do I set up an account?
Prior to selecting your team(s), we ask you to set up an account which involves filling out a form with your email, password, name, address etc. This is a one-off process. Just click on the Register button.

How much does it cost?
The cost per team is £5.

Can I get a discount?
Yes, you can get two teams for the price of one. Discounts are only applicable if you are registering all teams in the same online registration session. Transfers cost extra.

How do I pick a team?
It's very easy. First, make sure you have read the How to Play, How to Score and Terms and Conditions pages so that you understand the rules. Then login to your account and click on "Select Teams" and follow the instructions. The registration process makes sure you abide by the rules and enter a valid team.

What further details do I need to provide to register a team?
Just a team name and confirmation on whether you want to pre-pay for transfers (saving 60%) and get SMS score alerts.

How do I pay?
When you have completed the Checkout summary you then click on "Purchase" to go to the checkout, where you can choose to pay by credit card, debit card, or our other payment options.

How are the prizes awarded?
To view information about the prizes available select Prizes from the top menu.

TRANSFERS
How much are transfers?
During team selection you can pre-pay for transfers at just £3. If you don't pre-pay online, transfers will cost 50p each.
If you pay for your transfers online, there is a minimum spend of £2. However, you do not have to use all of this at once... After you have made all of the changes you wish to make, the remaining money will be stored on your account as credit, for when you wish to make further transfers.
Telephone Entrants can make transfers via the Game hotlines published in the Newspaper. Entrant to be charged 75p per minute (UK) or 125c per minute (RoI). Estimated call duration to make 2 transfers is one minute and twenty seconds. Call charges based on BT landlines. As calls from other networks, mobiles and payphones may vary it is the Entrants responsibilty to check with their telephone provider.

How many transfers are available?
You can make up to 15 transfers over the course of the competition. Transfers can be made at any time, but there is a weekly cut-off / team freeze 15 minutes before the first kick-off every Saturday.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
I am getting Javascript errors, what should I do?
Firstly, we apologise for any problems encountered. Please ensure you are using version 5.0 or above of Internet Explorer or 7.0 or above of Netscape Navigator / Communicator. Please also check that your browser has cookies and JavaScript fully enabled. This is essential to the functioning of the game.

I keep seeing the www.dreamleague.com page rather than the Daily Record Fantasy Football login page?
The registration process requires you to accept a cookie. If you have played previous Dream League games and have high caching you may find deleting your Temporary Internet Files solves this. If this doesn't solve the problem you will need to ensure our cookies are being accepted by your browser. On the browser menubar click Tools | Internet Options and click the Privacy tab. Click Edit and allow both "www.dreamleague.com" and "dreamleague.com" to use cookies. After completing this you will the addresses appear in the Managed Web sites section. Now clear Temporary Internet files and close and restart your browser. These instructions are for Internet Explorer 6 - for other browsers please consult their relevant Help section.

I cannot access a page, what should I do?
Due to the secure nature of our site a few people using Microsoft's Internet Explorer will experience difficulties accessing parts of the site because you need a High Encryption Pack to do so. If you are experiencing these problems, there is a good chance you can overcome them if you upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer. You can do this at Microsoft's website.
